I am currently doing a fitness challenge called 75Hard. The program requires you to do a series of things every day for 75 days.  There are 5 rules: Follow a healthy diet of your choosing… strictly. No slip-ups or alcohol allowed. Work out twice a day, every day, for at least 45 minutes each workout.
